We are pleased to announce that Keelie Rocker has joined the Environmental Intelligence (EI) team. Keelie comes to EI after several years as an environmental consultant and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analyst, working closely with San Diego Gas & Electric. Keelie has worked on a variety of utility, residential, and mitigation projects across California. Recently, Keelie acted as the lead GIS specialist on SDG&E’s Cleveland National Forest Power Line Replacement Project, a 150-mile fire hardening project through San Diego’s backcountry and the Line 1600 Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan (PSEP), which traverses San Diego County. Prior to that, Keelie acted as Project Manager and GIS Manager on numerous mitigation and residential projects across southern California, such as Petersen Ranch Mitigation Bank and Soquel Canyon Mitigation Bank. Drawing from her background in planning and project management, Keelie brings a unique approach to geospatial analysis and management of large-scale utility projects. Keelie will be based out of our Del Mar office and can be reached at KeelieRocker@enviro-intel.com.
