Thor Hendrickson
GIS Specialist
Mr. Thor Hendrickson is a GIS Specialist with over 10 years of experience. Mr. Hendrickson has extensive experience conducting spatial analyses; designing, developing and maintaining data layers, data sets, geodatabases, and schemas; converting non-spatial data sources; and automating analysis workflows. Mr. Hendrickson supports EI’s GIS infrastructure, establishes organizational policies, procedures and cartographic standards, and conducts QA/QC of all geospatial products. Mr. Hendrickson performs these duties for a variety of major market sectors including utility infrastructure, energy development, residential development, and municipalities. Johanna Page
Project Manager
Ms. Johanna Page is a Senior Biologist/Project Manager with more than 14 years of professional experience performing biological field assessments, vegetation mapping, special-status species surveys, nesting bird surveys, biological technical reports and focused survey reports, as well as environmental permitting preparation and implementation. She is proficient at supervising large-scale biological studies, coordinating with resource agencies, and ensuring projects maintain compliance with biological resource laws, regulations, and permitting.
Ms. Page has a comprehensive scientific knowledge of California ecosystems and associated protected biological resources. She has expertise in relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including the state and federal Endangered Species Acts (ESAs), Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act (BGEPA), California Fish and Game Code, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (LSAA), and Clean Water Act (CWA). She is adept at planning and executing habitat assessments and surveys, and is experienced in the design and implementation of environmental training programs for large construction projects. Ms. Page has managed a wide variety of projects and conducted biological surveys for various plant and wildlife species throughout California. Johanna is located in our Pasadena office. Troy Hughes
Assistant Project Manager
Mr. Hughes is a Biologist and Environmental Specialist with over 5 years of experience surveying and monitoring in southern California and southern Nevada. He has led biological surveys and monitoring to ensure mitigation compliance for multiple small to large-scale projects, including utilities, transportation, and vegetation management. Mr. Hughes’ experience includes special status plant and animal surveys, habitat assessments, environmental awareness training, construction monitoring, and data collection. He has experience in a variety of landscape and habitat types. He is familiar with federal and state regulations pertaining to biological studies and surveys, and has extensive experience in identifying and working within county and city regulations.
