Environmental Intelligence, LLC (EI) is pleased to announce that Mr. Noah Albers has joined our team as a Project Manager and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Mapping Specialist. Noah will be providing valuable environmental compliance, spatial analysis, and management support in our growing Los Angeles office.
Noah has seven years of experience as a GIS professional and four years of experience as a trusted project manager. He is well versed in project management and GIS analyses in support of projects associated with environmental compliance in the utility, residential, transportation, and renewable energy sectors. Having served as the GIS lead on numerous projects, he has gained extensive experience conducting impact analyses in support of Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), technical studies and reports, feasibility analyses, and many other environmental documents based on a multitude of environmental factors prior to the implementation-phases of projects in Los Angeles, Kern, Inyo, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. In addition, he conducted spatial analyses to determine Metro station greening opportunities. As a project manager, Noah has managed technical analyses and environmental documents pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) issue areas; environmental compliance with mitigation and monitoring measures from EIRs and agency permits; and parking studies and urban greening opportunity studies in support of transportation projects.
His experience with CEQA/NEPA criteria through project management duties, coupled with his GIS expertise adds depth to our growing environmental compliance group. His ability and experience working with regulatory agencies to facilitate efficiencies in the permitting process will be a great benefit for our clients who rely on EI to ensure project compliance is continually met in a timely manner.
Noah commented, “I have been following the growth of EI over the past year and I am excited to join and help support the Los Angeles team. EI provides great opportunity for both personal and professional growth. I can’t wait to start working with the team. “
Noah has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley and completed Master of Science-level coursework in GIS at San Diego State University. Please help us welcome Noah to the team. Noah can be contacted via email at: noahalbers@enviro-intel.com.
