EI prepared a mitigation program for the approximately 700-acre College Park development. The development will be located east of the city of Chino in San Bernardino, California. EI completed biological surveys, biological reports, and mitigation plans in support of the project. EI also relocated created artificial burrows and monitored the related burrowing owl populations.
