EI completed biological assessments and surveys in support of the Meadowood Project and off-site improvements. EI’s biological services focused on the Arroyo toad, Coastal California gnatcatcher, least Bell’s vireo and southwestern flycatcher species that were located within the vicinity of Fallbrook in San Diego County, California. EI also supported Pardee Homes with the Section 7 Consultation between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) for the approximately 389-acre project site.
