EI prepares jurisdictional delineations, regulatory permits, restoration plans, and mitigation monitoring programs for federal and State wetlands and waters regulated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, State Regional Water Quality Control Board, and California Coastal Commission. EI is prepared to work in a variety of systems including seasonal wetlands, riparian woodlands, vernal pools, freshwater marshes, estuaries and man-made ponds.
