Wetlands / Waters Compliance
EI prepares jurisdictional delineations, regulatory permits, restoration plans, and mitigation monitoring programs for federal and State wetlands and waters regulated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, State Regional Water Quality Control Board, and California Coastal Commission.
