Sparrow McMorran Joins Environmental Intelligence

We are pleased to announce that Sparrow McMorran has joined the Environmental Intelligence (EI) team. Sparrow comes to EI with more than 12 years of experience in environmental management and compliance from both the private and government sector, primarily in gas and electric utilities, military construction and military training within Southern California. Sparrow has worked as a biologist with several environmental consulting firms on a large variety of SDG&E, SoCalGas, and SCE projects and has focused predominantly on coastal natural resources. Sparrow spent nearly a decade in federal service as a NEPA Analyst and a wildlife biologist for the U.S. Marine Corps, assessing base-wide development, infrastructure, and large-scale military exercises for environmental impacts within a multidisciplinary team, and managing a federally endangered species program. Sparrow’s experience managing and working on large, complex and dynamic capital construction projects is a great addition to EI’s current Energy team. Sparrow will be using her project management skills to support large, dynamic programs and complex projects across EI’s expansive client network. Her experience working with government agencies and knowledge of environmental regulations will aid EI’s clients by providing valuable knowledge and experience within a vast network of regulators, government officials and end users.
