David Levine’s experience includes diverse and complex projects located throughout southern California. Over the course of his career he has directed large biological teams and provided guidance for residential, oil & gas, utility, and renewable energy development projects located in environmentally sensitive areas. He is familiar with terrestrial and marine ecosystems as well as the regulatory settings and environmental compliance regulations protecting these resources. Mr. Levine has maintained the respect and trust of clients and regulators for over 27 years by successfully coordinating with project applicants and resource protection agencies to maximize the compatibility of development with protection of biological resources.
