Field Operations Manager
Doug Bei has over 4 years of professional biological experience. Mr. Bei has surveyed for nesting birds and sensitive species including Arroyo toad, Stevens’ Kangaroo rat, desert tortoise, San Joaquin kit fox, and burrowing owl. Mr. Bei conducts general and focused biological surveys for listed and/or sensitive wildlife species in southern California and is experienced as a biological monitor and environmental coordinator on distribution line projects. He also has proven success as a lead biological monitor on solar projects, serving as an effective communicator between field personnel and project management while supervising a dedicated monitoring team. Mr. Bei’s extensive educational background in biology has given him a strong foundation for working with other biologists and regulatory agencies.
