Ms. Johanna Page is a Senior Biologist/Project Manager with more than 14 years of professional experience performing biological field assessments, vegetation mapping, special-status species surveys, nesting bird surveys, biological technical reports and focused survey reports, as well as environmental permitting preparation and implementation. She is proficient at supervising large-scale biological studies, coordinating with resource agencies, and ensuring projects maintain compliance with biological resource laws, regulations, and permitting.
Ms. Page has a comprehensive scientific knowledge of California ecosystems and associated protected biological resources. She has expertise in relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including the state and federal Endangered Species Acts (ESAs), Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act (BGEPA), California Fish and Game Code, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (LSAA), and Clean Water Act (CWA). She is adept at planning and executing habitat assessments and surveys, and is experienced in the design and implementation of environmental training programs for large construction projects. Ms. Page has managed a wide variety of projects and conducted biological surveys for various plant and wildlife species throughout California. Johanna is located in our Pasadena office.
