Joshua Zinn

Director of Regulatory Permitting

Josh is a senior ecologist, regulatory specialist, and certified arborist with more than 23 years of experience in environmental consulting concerning local, regional, state, and federal regulatory compliance for wetland, biological and aquatic resources. Mr. Zinn participates as an advocate for his clients in conducting field surveys, resource analysis, mitigation planning and resource agency negotiations. Mr. Zinn prepares the requisite permitting packages and the relevant technical documents to ensure timely issuance and approval of the proposed project according to the latest applicable environmental policies.
Josh will be located in EI’s Del Mar office in North County San Diego where he will provide comprehensive regulatory support to our current clients while supporting our team’s expansion into San Diego and Imperial Counties.
