Leanna Williams
Project Manager
Ms. Williams is a Project Manager and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) / National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) specialist in California. She is experienced in managing and providing CEQA/NEPA documentation for multiple small to large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, renewable energy, and transportation projects. She has been professionally trained in the workings of CEQA, NEPA, and numerous other federal, state, and local statutes and regulations that are relevant to California’s environmental resources.
Ms. Williams has prepared and reviewed a variety of environmental documents, including Initial Studies, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports, Environmental Impact Statements, Noise Technical Reports, and Visual Resource Technical Reports. Ms. Williams’ responsibilities include internal and subconsultant project management and oversight and quality control implementation. Her demonstrated success as a project manager has resulted in the fostering of positive relationships with various vested individuals and regulatory agencies in the project vicinity and Ms. Williams is prepared to leverage these relationships to help her clients streamline approval times, increase efficiency, and ensure project success.
