Senior Manager Financial & Administrative Operations

Nancy Carpenter is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities. She develops metrics to measure revenue and sales growth, expenses, cost and margin control, and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. She works closely with EI’s senior management and project management team to maximize staff utilization rates and overall productivity while maintaining quality services and products. Additionally, Ms. Carpenter directs EI’s Human Resources by establishing performance goals and reviewing procedures, and maintaining health and safety records, and other key policies that support overall company efficiencies and growth objectives.
