Field Operations Manager
Mr. William Meade has 6 years of experience as the project manager and environmental specialist on a diverse range of projects with clients in southern California that required compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Mr. Meade has prepared CEQA documentation, including Mitigated Negative Declarations (MDS), Initial Studies (ISs), a Proponent’s Environmental Assessment (PEA), and Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), as well as noise and visual analysis in support of renewable energy, utility and urban infrastructure projects. Mr. Meade’s project responsibilities have included providing guidance to clients for regulatory issues pertaining to CEQA/NEPA, ensuring the project’s compliance with all mitigation measures, coordinating with clients and EI’s office and field staff, conducting trainings, managing the efforts of staff, and completing and reviewing reports.
