Hazardous Tree Removal Project | Southern California Edison
The extended drought in California has increased tree mortality within and adjacent to utility transmission lines, increasing risk of fire on both private and public lands. The Hazardous Tree Removal Project (HTRP) focuses on removal of high risk dead, dying, and hazardous trees within and adjacent to Angeles, Inyo, Los Padres, San Bernardino, Sequoia, and Sierra National Forests.
